The major feature of the course was the presentations of the morphology by Dr Andrew Cook, using live video technology.

Dr Cook’s presentations were preceded, in each instance, by a didactic presentation from Bob Anderson, emphasising the theoretical aspects of the various lesions.

Andrew and Bob were assisted throughout by Dr Audrey Smith, who provided "hands-on" discussions on a one-to-one basis, and by Gemma Price, Christine Anderson and Vi Hue Tran.
